【News】Canada and Mexico Customs Issue

To our valued customers:

Recently, we rceived more feedbacks that Canada customs and Mexico customs seized our customers' parcels, no matter there is e-liquid or prefilled cartridges in order or not. Though we have done some practices to help clear customs (Check Customs & Tax Issues), it is really out of our control. We feel very sorry and helpless on this issue.

We really value the business with our Canada and Mexico customs, but it is a great loss for both our valued customers and us if the order is seized. For the sake of it, we decide to make an adjustment for orders to Canada and Mexico. For the order total amount more than US$100(with shipping fee) We will cancel the order without notice, it came into force for orders after noon 12:00pm, Apr 8, 2011(Chinese Time).

We think it will help you clear Canada or Mexico customs a little bit, but we can't guarantee that you will receive your order lowe than $100 successfully, hope you can understand that it is completely out of our control.
