I have a problem when I connect an atomiser and a baterry via a adapter, how should I do to solve it?

We are sorry for problem you met. Sometimes, there is a poor connect between an adapter and an atomiser(or battery, or both atomiser and battery), so that atomiser + adapter + battery could not work. In this case, some adjusting may solve the problem.

If your adapter happens to be 510-401, 301-510, 901-801, 901-401, 510-801, 510-eGo, 510-901 adapter, please you do not worry much, due to delicate design of these adapters, they are adjustable and the problem can be solved easily. You can see there is a groove in the center contact of these connectors, this means that these adapters are adjustable. You can use a small screwdriver to adjust the connector to a little higher position, just put the screwdriver into the groove and whirl it, so that it can fully touch with that of atomiser or battery.
