Exchange Points for coupon (basic, bronze, silver, golden members only, not for merchant clients)

Exchange points for coupon is one part of Discount policy at Heaven Gifts. It allows you to redeem your points for coupon and save money for your orders. You can enjoy both member discount and coupon discount!

Attention:

A. It is only available for basic, bronze, silver, golden members only, not for merchant clients.

B. We Heaven Gifts will introduce many different coupon in different period.

C. Every coupon code can be used for 1 time only. Each order can use 1 coupon code only.

D. Once the coupon is exchanged, it is impossible to change to other coupon or cancel this coupon you have got.

E:  There is requirement to use some coupons, such as "5% off for orders over $80!", our system will warn you if it is impossible to use it for your order.

F. Each coupon has valid date, we are not responsible for the loss of points if the coupon code isn't used before the deadline. So we suggest you exchanging coupons when you prepare to place an order.

G: After exchanging points for coupon, your points will be reduced, there is possibility that your member rank will be lowered, which will affect the member discount for your orders. You can check your total points at "My Account" and the Discount Policy at here.

H: We Heaven Gifts reserve the right to stop or adjust the coupons. We have the right to decide whether it is possible to use coupon when there is promotion sale.

Each HG coupon code is unique, it will be only available when you exchange point for coupon in "My Account".

A. How to redeem points for coupon?

Go to <My Account> - <Transaction records> - <Exchange Points for coupons>, you will see what coupons we prepare for you.

Each coupon consists of 4 parts: Coupon content, points needed, starting date, ending date and exchange button! Click <Exchange> under "Action", you exchange this coupon successfully!

The points are reduced from your account as soon as you click "Exchange"!

B. How to check the coupons I have exchanged? How to know the coupon code?

Go to <My Account> - <Transaction records> - <My Coupons>, all coupons you exchange are recorded, including the ones you have used.

Here you will find the uniqure coupon code, i.e B000001222890001L, it is the one you need enter to get the discount in the shopping cart.

Here are status for status:

Available: This coupon hasn't been used.

The use times have been run out: This coupon has been used.

The valid period hasn't started or has expired: Check the starting date and ending date to see the coupon has expired or it is too early to use this coupon.

D. How to check whether I receive discount by using coupon, siuch as 5%, 8%, 15%?

1. After you enter the coupon code, the system will recalculate the shopping cart total. Above the shipping weight, you can see "Current Sales promotion: XXX".  

Our Shopping cart show you the "Total amount" and "original total amount". By calculating it, you will see whether you receive bulk discount and coupon discount.

2. Go ahead to checkout, in order details that below the payment method, you will find "Promotion discount: XXX" and "Coupon Applied:B000001222890001L".

3. In "My Account-My orders-Order number XXX"-Shipping Information, you will see "Promotion discount total:-US$XX".

E. How to check whether I receive free shipping to use "Free shipping " coupon?

1. After you enter the coupon code, the system will recalculate the shopping cart total. Above the shipping weight, you can see "Current Sales promotion: XXX". 

2, When you checkout, you will still see the shipping fee, but in order details that below the payment method, you will find no shipping fee is charged, "Promotion discount: XXX" and "Coupon Applied:B000001222890001L"

3. In "My Account-My orders-Order number XXX"-Shipping Information, it is clearly shows "Shipping fee:US$0.00".


F. Is it possible to share the coupon with others?

Sorry, no. At Heaven Gifts, every HG coupon code is unique, it can be used only for 1 time. It is only available for the account that exchanged the coupon. So it is impossible for other account to use the coupon.

G: Is it possible to use all my coupon in one order?

No, only one coupon can be used for one order.

H: I used coupon to place an order, it was deleted, how about my points and coupon?

If the order is deleted, the points and coupon won't be back to your account. If you meet such problem, please contact us within 3 business days, we will add the points you spent on coupon to your account.
