Our coupon code isn't applied to the order automatically, you need enter the coupon code in shopping cart by yourself, here is an instruction where to enter it.  Each order, you can only use one coupon.

A. How to use the coupon for my order?

Firstly,  login and go to My Account-Exchange points for coupons to exchange your coupon. After exchanged, you can get the coupon code at My Coupons. "Code" is the one you need to enter in shopping cart, like B20110711018456200043.

Then in shopping cart, you will notice the red words "If you have a coupon code, please copy and paste the coupon code into the blank form and press "Apply" button.



 After you add the coupon successfully, you will get the following page, under the items, it will show you what the coupon code is.



B. I forgot using the coupon code for my order, how should I do?

If you haven't paid for this order, you can go ahead to place a new order using the coupon code, we will cancel the unpaid orders later.

If you have paid for your order and we haven't shipped out yet, you can contact us and ask for a refund. We will refund the money for you to place a new order using the coupon code.

If you have received the shipping notification mail or it shows "shipped" in My Account-My orders- Order XXXX", we are so sorry that it is too late for us to fix it, you need use the coupon code for your next order.
