I am absent to sign for my parcel!


Both EMS and Register Airmail need you sign for it.

If you are absent to sign for it, a notice will be left and you can pick up your package from your local post office or call the post office to arrange redelivery.

If you fail to contact with post office within the prescribed time limit (It's up to your local post policy). It will be returned to us as " Unclaimed".  As soon as we receive your order, we would like to refund you the goods cost or re-ship your order on receiving your shipping fee.
