Important Note:

1. Sign for your order

Please note that EMS and Register airmail is provided by China post. Both of them need recipient sign for the parcel.

If you fail to contact with post office within the prescribed time limit (It's up to your local post policy). It will be returned to us as " Unclaimed". As soon as we receive your order, we would like to refund you the goods cost or re-ship your order on receiving your shipping fee.

2. Delivery Time

EMS: 7-10 business days (Italy, Colombia,Mexico, Russia excluding)
Register airmail: 10-25 business days (Brazil, US, Russia excluding)

According to our customers' feedbacks:

The shipping status to Russia is very easily to be affected and delayed.

Delivery time of Register Airmail is longer for Russian and Brazilian customers, sometimes, the waiting time would be even 50 days. It is highly recommended for Russian customers to choose EMS.

It takes nearly 15-25 business days for Italy, Colombia, Mexico, Russia customers to receive their EMS orders.

American customers please do choose EMS if possible 40 days delivery time is unacceptable for you, as airmail to United States are always detained(not seized) by customs, which will delay the delivery.

3. Check order status

You should get your order status and waybill number at "MY ACCOUNT". It is only available if you place your order with your account.

4. Track orders

Once you get the waybill number, please wait for 2-3 days to track your EMS order online, the delay time is 3-6 days for register airmail.
